中医药防治脑血管病转化医学研究团队

 中医药防治脑血管病转化医学研究团队是以脑血管病为主攻病种的优秀团队,重点解决脑血管病防治瓶颈问题和中医药转化医学研究的关键环节,从药物有效作用靶点、新药开发、效应机制、多重组学等方面开展研究。形成可供临床应用的证据、产品和指南;寻求让基础研究成果、临床问题找到转化路径最短、最科学的转化方式;创新科研模式,整合资源,建立政产学研用新型合作模式;构建中医脑血管病全疾病转化链,致力于提高中医药防治脑血管病临床疗效、改善患者生存质量,将中医防治脑血管病临床医学转化研究团队打造成为国家级临床医学转化研究中心的预备队。

The translational medicine research team of cerebrovascular disease (CVD) with TCM is an excellent team. The major work of the team is focused on the prevention and bottleneck problem of CVD, as well as the key link in the process of translational medicine research of TCM, such as the effective drug targets, new drug development, effect mechanism, and the more restructuring. Committing to the clinical evidence, products, and guide; Seeking to basic research, clinical transformation path problem found the shortest and most scientific way of transformation; innovating scientific research mode, integrating medical resources; Establishing a new mode of "political and research cooperation"; constructing CVD transformation chain of TCM; Committing to improve prevention and treatment of CVD clinical curative effect of TCM, and improve the quality of survival; Turn “the translational medicine research team of cerebrovascular disease with TCM” into a national clinical medicine research center of the reserves.

中医药脑保护作用机制及临床转化研究

Studying on the mechanism of cerebral protection of TCM and its clinical transformation

围绕脑血管病防治瓶颈问题和中医药在脑血管病基础研究向临床研究转化过程当中的关键问题,基于团队前期的研究成果,选择一批具有应用前景的有效方药和中药单体,以神经血管单元和“NOX2-ROS-Cx43-GJIC”等关键脑保护作用通路为主要靶点,开展脑血管病中医药脑保护作用机制研究,明确药物的作用靶点和体内体外的代谢过程,筛选一批中药进行新药临床前开发研究,促进基础研究成果向临床开发应用,探索中医药防治脑血管病的作用机制和精准治疗的新方法。

Around the bottleneck problem of CVD disease prevention and control and the basic research in CVD of TCM to the key issues in the transformation process of clinical research. Based on the previous research positive achievements of our team, selecting a group of effective prescription with promising applications and TCM monomer, selecting nerve vascular unit and "NOX2 - ROS - Cx43 - GJIC" key brain protection pathways as the main targets. Studying on the mechanism of cerebral protection in patients with cerebral vascular disease by TCM; Clearing the specific drug targets and metabolism in vivo and/or in vitro. Additionally, selecting a number of traditional Chinese medicine before clinical development of new drugs, to explore the mechanism of action of cerebrovascular disease with TCM, and the new method of accurate treatment.

Cerebrovascular disease with TCM, evidence-based medicine/precision medical research

重点突破基础研究和临床研究双向转化的关键问题,开展符合国际研究标准的多中心大样本随机对照研究,证实中医药治疗脑血管病的有效性和安全性,为改写指南和标准治疗方案的推广应用提供高级别循证医学证据。

Break through the key issues of basic research and the clinical research transformation. Carrying out multi-center large sample randomized controlled study which complied with international standards, to confirm the efficacy and safety of the treatment of VCD with TCM, and provide high-level evidence-based medical evidence to rewrite the guidelines and standards of treatment.

  围绕大样本脑血管病临床队列研究和生物样本库的建设,整合中西医临床诊疗大数据,开展基因组学、microRNA组学、蛋白质组学以及外泌体组学等多重组学研究,分析脑血管病在不同中医证型和不同临床预后当中多重组学图谱特征,发现影响中西药联用疗效和不良反应的基因组学生物标志物,从整体的角度全方位探讨干预前后组学的变化及其与疗效的关联性,寻找引发证候改变的最主要标记物和潜在的药物作用靶点,发掘中西药联用个体化治疗相关的生物标志物,构建中医药作用网络,实现更为精确和精细的中医疾病分型和药物的个性化应用,促进脑血管病基础研究和临床研究的双向转化。

Around large sample clinical cohort study and the construction of Biobank; Integrating clinical diagnosis and treatment of large data, to carry out the studies of genomics, mirRNA omics and proteomics; Analyzing the characteristic more restructuring map of CVD in different TCM syndrome types and clinical prognosis; Finding out those influence Chinese and western medicine combined curative effect and the adverse reaction of genomic markers. From the view point of the whole omics changes before and after intervention and its correlation with curative effect, to find the most main markers of the syndrome change and potential drug targets; Discovering the biomarkers associated with individualized treatment. Building up the effect of traditional Chinese medicine network, to achieve a more accurate and elaborate disease TCM and drugs of personalized applications, and to promote the  basic research and the clinical research transformation.

中医药防治脑血管病转化医学成果的推广及应用

The popularization and application of the transformation of CVD with TCM

整合脑血管病中西医临床治疗新证据,结合脑血管病的中医生物标志物特征图谱,在充分体现中西医结合的特点以及中医个体化治疗与整体调节的特色与优势基础上,开展脑血管病中西医诊疗指南的梳理、验证、制定工作;针对脑血管病,强化、布局单病种临床研究多中心协作组和转化中心,开展疾病人群预防、有效治疗方案的大规模前瞻性临床研究,创新脑血管病精准防诊治方案,形成业内专家广泛共识的、可推广的脑血管疾病中西医结合诊疗指南,并推动临床诊疗方案社区与基层的广泛应用。

Integrating the new evidence for clinical treatment of CVD by TCM and the western medicine, combined with the biomarkers of CVD of TCM feature maps. On the basis of fully embody the characteristics of combining TCM and western medicine, and the individualized treatment and the overall adjustment by TCM, to carry out the guidelines by integrative medical treatment (TCM and western medicine). For the prevention and therapy of CVD, to reinforcement, layout, single disease clinical research center group and transformation. Performing large sample clinical cohort study, to optimize the precision of diagnosis and treatment of the scheme,and promote the clinical diagnosis and treatment scheme and the widely application of the grassroots community.

蔡业峰,男,教授,主任医师,博士生导师,国医大师任继学教授学术经验继承人,美国约翰斯霍普金斯大学(Johns Hopkins University)访问学者。广东省中医院大脑病科副主任。中华中医药学会脑病分会常务副主任委员兼秘书长,广东省中西医结合学会中西医结合脑卒中专业委员会主任委员,中国医师协会中西医结合神经病学专家委员会副主任委员,广东省中医药学会脑病专业委员会常务副主任委员兼秘书长。获得计算机著作版权1项、省部级科技奖7项,获中国中医科学院第二批青年名中医称号,全国百名杰出青年中医提名奖、全国首届中医药传承高徒奖。发表SCI文章14篇(通讯作者6篇),EI文章3(通讯作者2),编写专业著作10部。主持国家自然科学基金、国家支撑计划3项,省部级课题9项,获得省部级科技奖6项。

Professor Cai Ye-feng ,CAI Ye-feng, male, chief physician, doctoral supervisor, national physician master academic experience of professor Ren Jixue heir, the visiting scholar of Johns Hopkins University. The deputy director of the Guangdong Hospital of Chinese Medicine of the Encephalopathy center. The Encephalopathy branch vice chairman and secretary-general of China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The director of the Specialized Committee of stroke  of Guangdong Association of the Integrative Traditional and Western Medicine. The Encephalopathy branch vice chairman and secretary-general of Guangdong Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine. Got seven provincial awards and one computer works copyright. Won the China academy of traditional Chinese medicine the second title of "youth of traditional Chinese medicine", and the national hundred outstanding youth nomination as well as the first Chinese medicine inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine. Published SCI article 14 (6 as the corresponding author ) 6 and 3EI article(2 as corresponding author). Wrote 10 professional book. Hosted 3 National Natural Science Foundation and National support program. Hosted 9 province departmental level topic items. Won 6 awards at the provincial or ministerial level.
