脊柱退变性疾病防治科研创新团队

脊柱退变性疾病防治科研创新团队创立于2013年,团队PI为广东省中医院林定坤主任,为广州中医药大学博士生导师,广东省中医院骨伤科(全国中医重点专科)学科带头人。现任中国老年学学会老年脊柱关节专业委员会副主任委员,世界中医联合会骨伤科分会副会长。从事骨科临床工作30年,主张中西医融会贯通,不仅在脊柱外科领域有很高的造诣,已为数千例重症脊柱患者主刀手术,而且擅长保守治疗,创立顺势拔伸牵引法治疗中老年神经根型颈椎病,前屈滚腰法治疗腰椎管狭窄症,三针法和鱼摆手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症。创立了林氏健体八段功以强身健体。

脊柱退变性疾病防治科研创新团队是在中西医基础理论的指导下针对脊柱退变性疾病的病理改变和发病规律开展中医药疗法防治脊柱退变性疾病的临床及基础研究。


Spinal degenerative diseases management team started in 2013. The Principal investigator is Dingkun Lin, who is the Ph.D. supervisor, the director of orthopedics, the supervisor of spinal degenerative diseases management team of Guangdong Provincial Acadamy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the academic leader of orthopedics. Currently, he is also the associate director of aged spinal joints committee of Gerontology in China, the vice chairman of orthopedics of The World Federation of Chinese Medicine. Professor Dingkun Lin has been engaged in orthopedic clinical work for 30 years. He calls for the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in clinical treatment. Dingkun Lin, who has performed over thousand operations for patients with serious spinal diseases, not only has rich experience in spinal surgery, and is also good at conservative treatment. He establishes Back-lying and Forward-bending Traction in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the middle-aged and the aged, Lumbar Rolling Movement with Forward Bending in Lumbar Spinal Stenosis, Three-point Needling and fish-swing humanoid manipulator in Lumbar disc herniation and The Lin Ba Duan Gong for physical fitness.

Basing on the guidance of basic theory of Chinese and Western medicine, Spinal degenerative diseases management team is trying to find the pathological changes and its pathogenesis mechanism, thus to carry out clinical and basic researches in preventing and treating of the spinal degenerative diseases by Chinese medicine remedy.


团队主攻方向 Main direction

1. 以控制机械压迫为核心的仰卧前屈拔伸牵引法治疗中老年重症神经根型颈椎病

 主要开展以控制机械压迫为核心的仰卧前屈拔伸牵引法治疗中老年重症神经根型颈椎病的规范化研究,以及运用影像学及三维有限元等多种方法阐明其作用机理,自主研发配套专利器械——便携式可调节角度卧位牵引装置,并作临床疗效研究。

1. Treatment of serious cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the middle-aged and the aged using Back-lying and Forward-bending Traction therapy, which considers the adminstration of mechanical compression as the key point

Our team focuses on normalization of the research on the treatment of serious cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the middle-aged and the aged people using ack-lying and Forward-bending Traction therapy, which considers the adminstration of mechanical compression as the key point. We are also engaged in clarifying the mechanism of the therapy using the medical imageology, three-dimensional finite element and other methods. Furthermore, we have developed the matching equipment with patent, namely portable adjustable angle traction device, which is demonstrated to be effective in clinical trials.


2. 无症状颈椎退变性脊髓压迫流行病学观察及临床干预

 建立无症状颈椎退变性脊髓压迫人群信息数据库,建立针对性长期随访制度及疾病发生预警制度;阐明无症状颈椎退变性脊髓压迫的发生率、自然转归及发生机理。

2. The prevention and adminstration of asymptomatic spondylotic cervical cord compression

Another critical direction of our team is to establish the database of the patients with asymptomatic spondylotic cervical cord compression, to build rules of long-period follow-up and warning rules to the occurrences, and to uncover the incidence, outcome and mechanism of asymptomatic spondylotic cervical cord compression.

   

3. 构建中老年颈椎病防治社区健康管理模式

中老年颈椎的流行病学社区调研,阐明流行病调研中老年颈椎病的发病社会状态。研究重症退变、慢性脊髓压迫、无症状脊髓压迫人群的发病规律,为临床提供防治的机理支持。基于中老年颈椎病的退变规律(重症影像学、慢性脊髓压迫)重点观察大角度牵引对严重颈椎退变、无症状脊髓压迫、轻度脊髓压迫症的疗效、安全性研究。建立一种有效、长效的控制方案。构建中老年颈椎病社区健康管理模式;建立重症老年颈椎病以及病前状态的危险指数评估方案。

3. Constrution of community management modes of prevention and adminstration of cervical diseases in middle-aged and the aged

We are also devoted into clarifying the society statement of middle-aged and the aged with cervical diseases in epidemic investigation through carrying out researches in epidemiological community of middle-aged and the aged with cervical diseases. The occurrence regularity is investigated on population with serious degenerative diseases, chronic spinal compression, and asymptomatic spondylotic cervical cord compression in order to provide support for clinical treatment. The efficiency and safety of large angle traction towards serious spinal degenerative diseases, asymptomatic spondylotic cervical cord compression and slight spinal compression are mainly observed based on pathogenesis of elder people with cervical diseases (Severe Imaging, chronic spinal compression). Our team also work hard to establish a management proposal which is effective for a long time, and to build the evaluation assay of risk levels of serious cevical diseases in elederly.




4. 开展围绕脊柱退行性疾病的基础研究,为临床提供理论基础

通过细胞和动物模型,阐述脊柱退行性疾病的发生机理以及中药干预的作用效果,为临床治疗提供理论基础。获得了一项国家自然科学基金的资助并在SCI收录的杂志上发表相关文章三篇,总影响因子5.7

4. Establishement of basic research about spinal degenerative diseases aiming at supporting clinical treatment with basic theory

Our team explored the pathogenesis of spinal degenerative diseases and the effects of Chinese Medicine by in vivo and in vitro experiments, aimed at supporting clinical treatment with basic theory. Our team has been granted by National Natural Science Foundation of China and has published three articles related to the disease, the total IF of 5.7.
