中药制剂(新药)和饮片创新研究开发团队

该团队是国家中医药管理局科研三级实验室——中药制剂实验室主任丘小惠研究员带领的研究团队,具备开展中药活性物质分离纯化、成分解析,体内代谢转化分析,制剂工艺等研究能力。从2009年开始,在朱大元首席研究员亲自指导下,逐步形成以创新中药研发为主要目标的团队,擅长于中药新药选题、药学研究等工作,与临床合作承担多项新药和制剂研发项目。近期,基于团队学术骨干黄志海主任中药师在南药资源调研及鉴定、样品采集工作中奠定的良好基础,在中国中医科学院陈士林教授的指导下,采用DNA分子标记技术、道地药材产地适应性区划等方法,共同开展岭南中药质量与资源的基础及应用研究,逐步建立岭南中药品质鉴定及质量控制体系。

Chinese material medica preparations (New Patent Medicine) and decoction pieces innovative research and development team is led by Qiu Xiaohui,laboratory director of Chinese material medica (tertiary laboratory of National Administration of TCM). Our team members specialize in separation and purification of active ingredients, components analysis, in vivo biotransformation studies and preparation process optimization. Under chief researcher Zhu Dayuan’s personal guidance since 2009, aiming for R& D of the innovative Chinese medicine, our specialty is topic selection of new Patent Chinese Medicine and pharmaceutical research. Meanwhile, we have good foundation on medicinal resources investigation and identification of “south Chinese medicine”. Under the guidance of Professor Chen Shilin (Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences), DNA molecular marker technology, producing area suitability of genuine traditional drugs and related technologies have been utilized for the species and quality researches on “south Chinese medicine”.

团队主攻方向Main direction

1.中药制剂新药研究与开发

针对具有中医药优势、疗效确切的医院制剂和验方,以临床疗效为主导,结合动物模型药效实验、各种生物活性测试技术手段,优化组方,开发中药组分/成分较为明确、质量稳定可控、安全、有效的中药新药或新制剂。

1. Research and development on New Patent Chinese preparations

We screen hospital or traditional prescriptions of TCM advantages and definite therapeutical effects. Guided by clinical effect, we optimize prescriptions by animal model efficacy experiments and various biological activity testing techniques. We are wedded to develop safe and effective medicines or new formulations of clear components and of stable and controllable quality.

2.开展(岭南)中药质量与中药资源基础研究和应用开发

主要针对岭南中药材资源保护、物种鉴定、质量评价和用药安全等科学问题,开展岭南中药DNA条形码物种鉴定、良种选育、质量控制方法、作用物质基础等基础研究,以及开展相关中药质量标准起草、种植栽培等技术应用推广工作。

2. Species and quality researches on “south Chinese medicine”

We mainly focus on scientific issues on south Chinese medicine, such as resources protection, species identification, quality evaluation and drug safety. We carry out basic researches on related fields, including barcode identification, breeding, quality control method and material foundation. We develop on quality standard drafting of related Chinese herbs, and also on applying and promoting cultivation and relevant techniques.

学术带头人Academic leaders

Professor Qiu Xiaohui: Research fellow, committee member of processing branch and pharmacology branchof China association of TCM, and committee member of quality assurance professional committee of Chinese herbal medicine, adept at researching Chinese medicine preparation, processing and effective substance basis, mainly responsible for 5 national projects and 5 provincial projects. She has published academic papers over 30 pieces (5 for SCI).

丘小惠:研究员,博士生导师,国家中医药管理局科研三级实验室主任,中华中医药学会炮制分会、药理分会委员,中药饮片质量保障专业委员会委员。研究方向为中药制剂、炮制及药效物质基础研究。先后主持国家十五攻关重大科技攻关计划子课题、十五支撑计划子课题、国家公益性行业专项子课题各1项,主持国家自然基金2项,省部级课题5项,获广州市科技局科学技术三等奖(排名第1)、广州中医药大学科学技术一等奖(排名第1)、辽宁省科学技术二等奖(排名第51项,获得发明专利3项(排名前3)。发表论文30余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者SCI论文5篇。

Professor Huang Zhihai: chief pharmacist, adept at herbal medicine resources, Quality identification and safety evaluation. He has published more than 10 papers and mainly responsible for 2 provincial projects.

 黄志海:主任中药师,硕士生导师。研究方向为中药材资源、中药饮片炮制、质量鉴定和安全性评价工作,广东省药物分析专业委员会副主任委员,广东省药检所外聘专家。主持省部级课题2项,参与《广东省中药材标准》、《广东省中药炮制规范》制定。获九五国家重点科技攻关计划优秀科技成果奖、中华中医药学会科学技术奖一等奖广州市科学技术奖励三等奖各1项。发表SCI及核心期刊学术论文10余篇,主编学术专著2部。
