中药物质基础研究团队

中药物质基础研究团队在中医基础理论的指导下,针对中药物质基础研究中的重点和难点问题,运用现代技术构建中药网络药理学研究平台,将计算机辅助药物分子设计技术,复杂网络的构建与分析技术,生物亲和色谱技术和分子印迹技术有机结合,系统层面阐述中药复方的药效成分和作用机制

Under the guidance of the basic theory of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Material foundation of Chinese medicine research group focus on the most important and difficult part of the modern research of TCM. Our team construct a network pharmacology research platform, including techniques of computational assistant drug design, construction and analysis of complex network, affinity chromatography and molecular imprinted techniques, and try to decipher chemical components and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on systemic view.

1.计算机辅助药物分子设计 Computational assistant drug design

将计算机辅助药物分子设计技术运用到中药研究领域,有效利用Discover Studio 2.5.5AutoDock等虚拟筛选软件,对中药复方的潜在有效成分和作用机制进行预测。降低研究风险,缩短研究周期。并在此基础上开发出具有自著作版权的皮肤科常用中药复方化学成分和作用靶标数据库

    We try to employ computational assistant drug design to explore herb medicine, and predict bioactive components and potential targets for herbal formulas by virtual screening software, such as Discover Studio 2.5.5 and AutoDock. On these findings, we built a bioactive molecules and targets database for dermatological herbal formulas, and then get the Independent intellectual property rights.

 

2.中药网络药理学研究 Research on network pharmacology for herb medicine

采用Cytoscape和Pajerk软件,构建中药复方化学成分、作用靶标疾病和证候网络,并进行分析将病-症-方-效-靶有效结合,从系统层面解析中药复方的物质基础。

    We connect the disease-syndrome-formula-effect-target by techniques of complex network, such as Cytoscape and Pajerk, to decipher the material basis of herbal formulas on the systemic level.


3.前沿亲和色谱与分子印迹技术Affinity chromatography and molecular imprinted techniques

采用前言亲和色谱和分子印迹技术,采用分子垂钓方法,快速有效地从复杂的中药成分中获得目标成分

    We are using method of “molecular fishing” to screen target molecules from herbal medicine by affinity chromatography and molecular imprinted techniques.

 

4.中药调节免疫作用研究 Research on immunomodulatory effect for herbal medicine

采用流式细胞技术、RT-PCR和免疫组化技术,深入研究中药调节免疫的活性成分和作用机理。

    We explore the immunomodulatory components and mechanism of herbal medicine by Flow cytometry, RT-PCR, western-blot, Immunohistochemical technique, et.al.

学术带头人Academic leaders

Professor Wei Zhu, Research professor, Doctoral supervisor, Primary investigator. He has been researched on herbal pharmacology for nearly 20 years. He published over 60 papers in domestic and international professional magazine (10 papers indexed by SCI), got more than 20 funds and 1 patent.

朱伟研究员,博士生导师,团队负责人。从事中药药理学研究20年,实验上熟练掌握复杂网络的构建和分析、精密仪器分析、分子生物学等多项技术操作。在国内外专业杂志上发表论文60余篇(SCI论文10篇),在同行中具有一定的学术影响力主持和主要参与国家级、省级等各级科研课题二十几项,参编专著1部,获得专利2项。
