中医证候研究团队

   将中医药自身特点与现代科学技术方法相结合,应用系统科学、临床流行病学等方法开展中医证候规律、复杂干预与个体化诊疗、科研共性方法学等临床研究及及证候生物学基础研究,揭示辨证论治的科学内涵、提供中医药循证证据并阐释其内在机制。

    Combine the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and modern science and technology, apply systematic science and clinical epidemiology approaches for the clinical researches such as the TCM syndrome rules, complex intervention and individualized diagnosis and treatment, common scientific research methodology, and basic research like biological basis investigation, with the aim to unravel the scientific connotation of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, provide evidences for evidence-based medicine, and gain insight into the internal mechanisms underlying the efficacy and application of TCM.

 

一、团队主攻方向Main direction

1. 证候分类理论科学基础和规范化研究

    运用临床流行病学方法,通过文献调研、专家咨询及临床研究,探索建立 规范的证候宏 观分类等理论内容及其相关技术方法。

1. Scientific basis and standardization of TCM syndrome and differentiation theory

   Based on the research regime of clinical epidemiology, combine the literature research, expert advice and clinical research, etc. to establish standardized macrotaxonomy criteria and related technologies and methods for the syndrome theory of TCM.

 

2. 复杂干预辨证个体化诊疗规律研究及生物学基础研究

开展代表证候基本特征的流行病学研究明晰其基本规律;针对复杂干预与个体化诊疗问题,开展系列研究及方法学研究;基于系统系统思路,利用系统生物学研究方法,阐明中医辨证及中医药治疗的物质基础及作用机制。


2. Researches on complex intervention, individualized diagnosis and syndrome differentiation rule and the biological basis

    Carry out the epidemic research for representative TCM syndrome to illuminate the basic rule of TCM syndrome and differentiation. Aiming at the complex intervention and individualized diagnosis, initiate series of researches including methodology studies. Based on the system ↔ system mode, employ the systematic biology methods, to illuminate the material basis and working mechanism underlying TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for various diseases.

 

3. 面向转化医学的证方效系列循证研究与药物研发

    以中医药疗效突出的常见病、多发病、疑难病为切入点,借鉴循证医学的原理和方法,以临床转化应用为导向,开展系列循证研究,而后进行药物研发。

3. Translational medicine-oriented and evidence-based research of TCM and drug development

    Aiming at the common, frequently-occurring and stubborn diseases, which are also specially preferable to TCM treatment, adopt the principles and methods of evidence-based medicine, to carry out series of clinical transformation-oriented evidence-based researches and drug development.


二、团队主要成员Members of the team

Yang Xiao-bo: chief physician, doctoral supervisor, professional deputy director of Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome, Outstanding Young Scholars of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine, standing member of Professional Evidence-based Medicine Committee of Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine. He has taken charge of 14 research programs, including 3 national and 6 provincial projects, and published more than 40 academic papers (over 20 for first/corresponding authors and 10 for SCI/EI). He has won 3 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, 3 awards from the first class society and possessed 2 software copyrights.

杨小波:主任医师,博士生导师,广东省中医证候临床研究重点实验室专职副主任,广东省中医院青年拔尖人才,中国中西医结合学会循证医学专业委员会届常委。主持课题14项,其中国家级3项,省部级6项。发表论文40篇,其中第一/通讯作者20篇,SCI/EI论著10篇。获省部级科学技术奖3项,一级学会奖励3项,软件著作权2项。


    Li Qian, a probationer, is taking charge of 1 Youth Science Program of NSFC, and participating in 3 provincial and ministerial program. She has to date published 8 academic paper.

   李倩:研究实习员,主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项,参与省部级课题3项,发表学术论文8

   Xie Jian-hui, a probationer, is taking charge of 1 Youth Science Program of NSFC, 1 Guangdong Province Natural Science Program and 1 Guangdong Province Science and Technology Plan Project. He has to date published over 20 SCI paper.
