中医药免疫调节研究创新团队

中医免疫调节研究团队基于中医药理论与现代免疫学原理研究中药调节免疫排斥反应(含排斥移植器官与肿瘤)的细胞与分子免疫机制,并利用动物模型筛选出疗效较好的中药,为临床使用中药抑制器官移植排斥与肿瘤治疗提供依据。

Based on the theory of Chinese medicine and immunology, the research team of Immuno-regulatory Chinese Medicine is focused on investigation into cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying regulation of immune-mediated rejection of transplants and tumors by Chinese medicine.  Animal models will be utilized to screen effective Chinese medicine for suppressing transplant rejection and treating tumors.

 

团队主攻方向 Main research direction

     1、中药调节移植排斥免疫反应

研究中药抑制器官移植排斥反应的细胞与分子免疫机制,重点研究中药对T淋巴细胞亚型分化与功能的作用机制,并利用实验动物模型筛选出能有效抑制器官移植排斥反应的中药,以避免或减少长期使用免疫抑制性西药治疗引起的严重副作用,为临床治疗器官移植排斥反应提供科学依据;

To study cellular and molecular immune mechanisms underlying suppression of transplant rejection by Chinese medicine with a focus on T cell subsets and their function.  Animal models will be utilized to screen Chinese medicines that are potentially effective in suppression of graft rejection in clinic with less side effects than a conventional immunosuppressant.

 

2、中药调节肿瘤免疫反应

研究中药增强免疫反应以排斥肿瘤的细胞与分子免疫机制,重点研究中药对T淋巴细胞亚型分化与功能的作用机制,并利用实验动物模型筛选出能有效增强抗肿瘤免疫反应并排斥肿瘤的中药,为临床肿瘤的中药免疫治疗提供实验依据。

To study cellular and molecular immune mechanisms underlying the promotion of tumor immunity by Chinese medicine with a focus on T cell subsets and their function.  Animal models will be utilized to screen Chinese medicines that are efficient in the suppression of tumor growth and enhancement of tumor immunity and to provide guidance for clinical treatments of tumors.


团队负责  Team leader

戴振华 广东省中医院, 广东省中医药科学院研究员/教授,中华中医药学会免疫分会常委,美国移植杂志(1区杂志)副主编,美国免疫学家协会会员,国际移植学会会员。2013年初回国全职在广省中医院从事中药免疫研究工作 近几年来先后主持美国 NIHR01)等多重大科研邀多次参加美国NIH 基金的评审SCI录论50其中第一或通讯作者25篇,包括J Clin Invest 2004:14.5分), PNAS (9.7分), 以及 Am J Transplant 6.2分) 等。论文引用次数超过1600次,单篇引用次数达260余次。先后获美国移植学会青年科学家美国糖尿病科学研究.  并应邀在哈佛大学和西北大学等美国名校做学术报告10余次。近年获得国家自然基金面上项目和广东省科技厅研究项目各1项。现为Am J Transplant 1区杂志)副主编,代理亚洲地区事务。 

Brief introduction of team leader

Zhenhua Dai, professor of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine, a member of the standing committee of Immunology Branch of Chinese Society of Chinese Medicine, an associate editor of Am J Transplant, full members of American Association of Immunologist and the Transplantation Society, previously awarded NIH R01 and JDRF grants etc as a PI, served and serving as a reviewer for NIH grants, with over 50 peer-reviewed publication in English, including J Clin Invest, PNAS, and Am J Transplant etc., cited by others totally over 1600 times with one single paper cited over 260 times, awarded a young investigator award of American Society of Transplantation and a basic science research award of American Diabetes Association, invited for lectures and seminars from over a dozen of world-reknown universities and institutions, including Harvard Medical School, recently gained a regular grant from National Science Foundation of China and Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province.
